Apple Spec Ad:

 

I designed the ad as a wide-screen cinematic journey, using the full 16:9 frame to sell scale and isolation while keeping the product beats clean and readable. The story starts with Shot 1 tight on gloves and straps to put you right in the cold, that quiet “this has to hold” feeling, then Shot 2 opens into a wide ridge where she looks small against the mountain, instantly selling effort and distance. Shot 3 is the turning point, so the grade shifts from icy blues and negative space into warm sunrise gold, and Shot 4 stays close on her face to humanize the climb with breath, frost, and resilience. Throughout, I kept the orange phone as the strongest color contrast in frame so it instantly reads as the hero object against snow and sky, and I used the macro rock shot to make the device feel like a “lifeline” in extreme conditions, with the green notification acting as the key feature beat. Shot 5 is the earned hero moment, wide with the sun behind her, so the phone reveal feels natural, not staged. Shot 7 ends wide over the calm sea of clouds to let the emotion settle and leave one simple idea: even up here, you’re still connected.

Maggi Spec Ad:

I built this Maggi ad around a simple solo lunch moment, the kind of quick break you take when you want something warm and comforting without making a whole meal. The shots move from discovery to payoff in a clean, satisfying way. We start inside the cabinet to feel like you’re in her kitchen with her, then follow the packet into a top down view that keeps the action clear and fast. The match cut into the stove setup keeps the pace snappy and makes the cooking feel effortless, while the macro shots of the masala and noodles focus on texture, steam, and that instant hunger trigger.

I kept the lighting slightly warm throughout to sell comfort. Warm highlights and soft shadows make the kitchen feel inviting and make the noodles look fresh and satisfying. Ending on her eating alone at the table is intentional. It’s not lonely, it’s relatable. Maggi becomes that quick, cozy solo lunch you can make just for yourself, enjoy in peace, and get back to your day feeling better.

Dior Spec Ad:

I styled this Dior Sauvage spec advertisement as a big screen film, with the entire 16:9 frame so as to create the impression that everything is spacious, intentional, and somehow lonely in the best sense. It begins with the bottle on cold stone on the rainy window to create the immediate tone of the poem: dark, clean, expensive, and quiet. Then I move to the inside of the fireplace to create contrast and allow the warm reflections to move across the glass such that the product does not look cold and harsh but makes it welcoming instead. Then the plot expands to broader outward shots, with the grade tilted into deep dark blues and evening shadows to provide that sense of after hours and enable the silhouette to be larger than life without making it too large. The wolf shot is present as a serene expression of instinct and control, not violence and it brings the entire identity together which is civilized, yet wild. I maintained the presence of negative space and controlled lighting throughout the product so that the bottle never feels like it has moved. The last panoramic shots stand still on that silent horizon to allow that atmosphere time to breath and leave a bare impression: Sauvage is not loud, it’s presence.
